HECTOR & VICTORIA
November 16, 2013
Can’t go wrong with an all gold wedding and it happens to be CMRCC’s favorite color!
The wedding already started off with a bang when the guests were welcomed by a mariachi band to the ceremony site! Guests enjoyed cocktail hour with delicious drinks and an oyster bar! Chris of Creative Flavors Catering made scrumptous hors d’oeuvres such as wild Mexican pawn shooters, chicken potstickers spiced with curry, and skirt steak mini street tacos. After cocktail hour the mariachi band escorted the guests to the reception room. Hector’s mom and dad welcomed everyone on the dance floor while the bridal party was getting ready to do their grand entrance. Another memorable moment was when Hector and Victoria did their first dance. It was choreographed I must say! It had everyone up from their seats clapping and dancing along. After the first dance the brides parents made the most touching speech where there was not a dry eye in the crowd and let me tell you it was from laughing and crying! Soon enough it was time for dinner and Chris had one impressive spread that included braised short ribs, fresh white sea bass and my favorite yukon gold potato gratin. Once dinner service was over the guests enjoyed the night dancing, tasty desserts from their golden dessert bar, and Photo Booth fun wight he bride and groom!
